Yoga

Join our highly qualified instructors for different styles of Yoga ranging from Hatha Vinyasa to Dynamic. Feel less stressed, more focused, have more energy, fewer aches and pains, improve posture, build a stronger immune system and get that yoga body! Beginner and improvers welcome.

Spinning

A cardio workout on a stationary bike based on cycling principles. Classes are techniques on heart rate zones, climbs and sprints that make an unpredictable ride which is challenging and fun.

Abdominals

An Intense non-aerobic conditioning class focusing on the abdominal and lower back regions. This class will hit you where it counts.

Body Combat

Body Combat is a non- combat, martial arts-based fitness program with moves drawn from karate, Tae Kwon Do, Kickboxing, Muai Thai and Tai Chi. Each 55-minute BODY COMBAT class is choreographed to 10 tracks of the latest music, providing an exhilarating exercise experience that delivers ultra-fast fitness results.

Bootcamp

Join our PT Luke for 1 hour of intense training. With his training background he is guaranteed to put you through your paces and push you to your limit every week! Watch your fitness levels improve quicker than you thought possible!

Pilates

An innovative system of mind-body exercise evolved from the principles of Joseph Pilates. Pilates teaches body awareness & good posture while increasing core strength, flexibility, & agility.

Body Pump

Bodypump is a full-body workout, mixing aerobic exercise with weight training. During a 1 hour (or 45 minute) class you will target all your major muscle groups using a barbell, bench and weights. All movement is choreographed to a music track which is especially designed for the classes.

Climbing wall

Rock climbing is a great total-body activity that gets the heart pumping, builds muscle strength and joint stability, and, best of all, it’s fun! Our team of coaches will show you the ropes at any time to suit you, just speak to us and we will get you started!  

TRX

The TRX® is more than just the most versatile piece of exercise equipment available; it is a complete training system. To ensure your success, our team of coaches have plenty of exercises to show you, which enable you to get the most out of this fantastic piece of equipment.
